My family has been a customer at the Zimmermann car dealership for generations. Since 1984, all of my grandparents' and my parents' cars have come from there, or at least have had all repairs etc. done there. Always friendly, fast service, even when you drop by spontaneously without an appointment. The sellers are competent and will accommodate you, for example when it comes to the price of a car or the purchase of a used car. Customers can also carry out a rough assessment of a used vehicle that is to be sold privately at any time, quickly and free of charge. The next car will definitely be a regular customer again!

Yesterday, shortly before the end of our 10-hour journey to Meßkirch, "engine power is reduced" and the check engine light came on. Searched for the nearest Opel dealer in the area and came across Autohaus Zimmermann. Called, explained the problem, and were able to come over spontaneously. Mr. Höfler from Service and the team from the workshop analyzed, read and corrected errors (including changing parts) within two hours. Top! Thank you for the great service, including coffee :)

On January 13th, 2023 I picked up the car I bought from this dealership. I was assured that an inspection had been performed and presented with an inspection checklist which had no issues. What surprised me is that I didn't notice a defective rear wiper motor. It was also not noticeable that the vehicle pulled strongly to the left when the steering wheel was straightened. Because of the two complaints on my part, I made an appointment. When the appointment was, I was sitting in the reception area and they didn't even have time to tell me what was going to be done. I sat there clueless for more than an hour and a half. Employees walked past every now and then. Unfortunately, very few people said a friendly “Hello”. Most of them didn't say anything and just looked at you. The wiper motor was tested on my vehicle and the wheels were swapped from front to back and from back to front. We then took a test drive. When the master came back with my vehicle, I was given the key and they said that it no longer pulls to the left. However, I was very disappointed on my drive home. The vehicle is still pulling to the left. In this car dealership I will only have the two complaints repaired and two minor damages repaired. After that, this car dealership won't see me anymore. There are other problems that arise within the used car warranty.
